Your State Privacy Rights

State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their Personal Information.

California state consumer privacy laws provide California residents with the following additional rights:

• Right to Know. You have the right to receive notice at or before the point of collection about our collection and retention practices.
• Right of Access. You have the right to access your Personal Information maintained by us. Upon receipt of a verifiable request to access Personal Information, we will disclose and deliver the Personal Information requested free of charge;
• Right of Deletion. You have the right to request that we delete any Personal Information about you that We have collected from you. Upon receipt of a verifiable request for deletion, we will delete your Personal Information from our records within 45 days. Please note, we will comply with your request to delete Personal Information unless it is necessary for us to maintain such Personal Information in order to:
  • Complete a transaction, provide requested-for goods/services, and/or perform a contract between you and us;
  • Detect security incidents;
  • Comply with a legal obligation;
  • Enable our internal uses that are aligned with your expectations and your relationship with us and are compatible with the context in which you provided the information.
• Right to Correct. You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information that we maintain about you. You can review and change your Personal Information by logging into the Website visiting your account profile page;
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing. We do not “Sell” or “Share” your Information;
• Right to Limit Use or Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information. We do not gather sensitive Personal Information;
• Children. As noted above, We do not knowingly collect information from or about children under age 18 and We do not sell or share information of minors under age 18;
• No Discrimination. We will not discriminate against a California resident because the California resident exercised any of the rights described here. Specifically, We will not:
  • Deny you goods or services;
  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties;
  • Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services;
  • Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services;
  • Discriminate in making employment decisions.

California’s “Shine The Light” law permits California residents to annually request and obtain information free of charge about what Personal Information is disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia also provide their state residents with rights to:

• Confirm whether we process their personal information;
• Access and delete certain personal information;
• Correct inaccuracies in their personal information, taking into account the information’s nature processing purpose (excluding Iowa and Utah);
• Data portability;
• Opt out of personal data processing for:
  • targeted advertising (excluding Iowa);
  • sales; or
  • profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects (excluding Iowa and Utah);
  • Either limit (opt out of) or require consent to process sensitive personal data.

Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales. Please note that we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.
